Welcome to Karmageddon, the escape room adventure in Auburn WA that combines a military Bunker break-in, brainy Mission Control consoles, and world ending asteroid tropes. Conceived as our first escape room offering at Timepass, Karmageddon is a one hour ‘puzzle adventure’. Do you and your group have what it takes? Reserve your timeslot today and find out. You can even compete head to head by using our Room A and Room B at the same time to support a larger group.
A quick walkthrough of the Escape Room experience
- Book online and show up 15 minutes before your escape room reservation time at our lobby at 425 E Main St Auburn WA 98002.
- Introduction and Scenario setup. And then any last minute instructions from your Man in the Chair, your Moderator.
- The Bunker Door. In the first room, the Power Grid Utilities Worker and the Military Quartermaster are missing. Can you get the power back on by yourself? That’s just the first step. Then find a Military employee’s info and impersonate them to unlock the Bunker door.
- The Shift Change Room. Every highly classified facility needs a locker room and a high tech full body scanner. Sure, there are many employees. The bad news they are missing too. But the good news is, since everyone has a pin, if you can break into their lockers, then there must be a few who you can figure out how to impersonate.
- Mission Control Unlock the computer systems and fill out those flight parameters. Quick, we need to get those missile silos launching. Oh but wait, don’t include the missile Systems that have to do with astronauts, since blowing up an asteroid is a one way trip. Did you find the launch keys, and the launch codes? Good, then press that Big Red button just in time.
- So then, Mission accomplished (or maybe not :{ ), watch an outro video and have our moderator snap a group photo.
And then tell everyone you had fun at the Karmageddon escape room. “And if it wasn’t for ‘Bob’ being a goof and putting that clue he found in his pocket, without telling anyone, then my group would have been quicker.” 😉
